1. Refresh of the Malibu Bay Entrance Signage, along with upgrades to the entrance landscaping. Electronic Surveys will be sent to residents in Quarter 1 of 2026.
2. Stocking of the Ponds as fishing has increased in recent years withing our subdivision.
3. We are looking to obtain Resident feedback on future events held within the subdivision, such as the Easter egg hunt, block parties, holiday decorating contests, etc.
4. Investing reserve funds into an interest-bearing account.
Please join us Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, for a special meeting of the members at the Romeoville Recreation Center (900 W. Romeo Road) at 7pm.
-There are no 2026 Winter events scheduled.
-Annual Assessments in the amount of $150.00 will be due no later than February 28th, 2026.
Correspondence will be mailed to each home mid-January.
