About Us
Malibu Bay subdivision consists of 187 single family homes and is located off of Romeo Road between Weber Road and Belmont Avenue in Romeoville, Illinois. It was annexed to the Village of Romeoville on October 15, 1997.
It contains two ponds where homeowners can enjoy catch and release fishing of bluegill, large mouth bass and catfish. Families can take the children to Malibu Park and enjoy the swings, slides and other updated park equipment that was renovated in 2018. There is also plenty of open common area ground for homeowners to hold family gatherings and events.
Malibu Bay subdivision is minutes away from elementary, middle and high schools, churches, department stores, restaurants, bowling, ice skating and Interstate 55.
The Malibu Bay Homeowners Association was formed by the developer, Malibu Bay Builders, on April 1, 1998 and charged Homeowners a $100.00 annual assessment. Twenty-two years later that annual assessment is only $150.00.
